Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the limits set out in the applicable agreement.

You agree to indemnify HelloByte against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time if you breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability and governing law — will continue to apply.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to any dispute arising from them.
